Course Description:

 

Engineering Applications is the third course in the Engineering and Technology Pathway. Students will apply their knowledge of Science,Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) to develop solutions to technological problems. Solutions will be developed using a combination of engineering software and prototype production processes. Students will use market research, cost benefit analysis, and an understanding of the design cycle to create and present design, marketing, and business plans for their solutions. The prerequisite for this course is Engineering Concepts.

 

All engineering classes are project based.  We use the engineering design process as a map for completion of each project we do.  All assignments completed by the students are handed in to Schoology.  Parents can access all of their student's assignments by logging in to Schoology as a parent. They will be given that login at the beginning of the semester.  

 

OUR ENGINEERING FOCUS AT BREMEN HIGH SCHOOL IS 3D CAD Design, F1 IN SCHOOLS, VEX ROBOTICS  AND 3D PRINTING.
